a new med
I met with him today. My psychiatrist. He prescribed a new med. It’s in addition to my current one, not instead of. I guess I should be grateful for that. Hopefully my body will be more understanding of it this way.
I’ll be off to get it filled tonight. Here goes nothing!

Time for a Change
I’m scared.

Tomorrow I have another Doctors appointment. And I’m going to go onto a new anti-depressent.
I’ve been on Prozac for over a year now. It worked well at first, or maybe it was circumstances. Probably both. And then things changed, and it wasn’t working so well. So, we doubled my dose. Which sounds harmless enough, but sent me into a downward...
